As a servant leader to the Middle Tennessee community for more than 15-years, in recent times, a greater desire illuminated in LaShan to become an advocate for underserved individuals and communities In effect, LaShan, along with her husband Lamar and little girl Londyn, crafted a mission statement for their family: “H.O.P.E.” which stands for Helping Other People Excel.  Through this medium, the trio pours into the lives of others by distributing scholarships in memory of their late siblings, participating in service projects to help improve the quality of life for current and future generations, and so much more is to come in the future.
